The result of every treatment is directly related to what is done before and after. The instructions below are prepared for the treatments we perform most often; additional personal notes are given in writing at the end of your session.
Laser hair removal
Before: Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds and self-tan for four weeks before the session; shave the area 2-3 days beforehand (do not wax, tweeze or use depilatory cream, because the laser targets the pigment in the hair root). Do not apply perfume, lotion or deodorant to the area.
After: Avoid hot showers, sauna, pool and intense exercise for 48 hours; apply SPF 50 to the area; you can use moisturiser and cooling gel. Hairs shed within the first two weeks; this is normal.
Permanent makeup
Before: Do not consume alcohol or caffeine for 24 hours, do not stop blood-thinning medication without physician approval, and do not have botulinum toxin or chemical peels in the brow area in the last two weeks.
After: For the first seven days protect from water, sauna and sun; do not touch scabs and apply the recommended ointment in a thin layer. A touch-up session is needed after four to six weeks and the result becomes clear only then.
Medical skin care
Do not wear makeup for 24 hours after treatment; avoid peeling products, retinol and scrubs for 48 hours. Apply sunscreen every morning.
Brow and lash treatments
Keep the area away from water for the first 24 hours after lamination. After lash lift and brow tint avoid steam and sauna for two days, and oil-based makeup removers.
Body contouring
Drink plenty of water on session day (at least 2 litres), avoid heavy meals for two hours before the session, and support the result with regular exercise and balanced nutrition.
When should you contact us?
