This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Perine Beauty and Aesthetic Services Ltd. (Perine Güzellik) as the data controller in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the related communiqué on the fulfilment of the disclosure obligation.

Personal data we process
- Identity and contact data: name, phone, email, date of birth.
- Health and skin data (special category, with your explicit consent): skin type, allergies, pregnancy/breastfeeding, medication, skin analysis results.
- Visual data (only with written permission): before/after photographs.
- Booking, session and payment records; package usage information.
Purposes of processing
- Eligibility assessment for booking, session planning and safe treatment.
- Session package, payment and invoicing operations.
- Post-treatment follow-up and reminder communication (with your consent).
- Meeting legal obligations and keeping hygiene/sterilisation records.
Legal grounds and collection methods
Your personal data is collected through website forms, phone and WhatsApp conversations, email, the online booking screen and face-to-face meetings. Processing relies on Article 5/2 of the KVKK: establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests and, where applicable, your explicit consent.
Data transfers
Your data may be transferred, to the extent required to deliver the service, to our business partners, authorised public bodies, and payment and IT service providers in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention
Health forms and session records are kept for 10 years after the service ends; photographs until you withdraw consent (maximum three years). Health data is viewed only by the authorised specialist and consultant physician. At the end of the period your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, and claim compensation for damages. You may send your requests in writing to kvkk@perine.com.tr or to the address above; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
