Yes. The 30-minute consultation, skin analysis and laser test shot are free. No fee is charged before you approve the written plan.

Thanks to the cooling head most people describe a mild warmth or snapping feeling. A topical cream can be used before the session in sensitive areas.

Because a tan raises burn risk, more careful planning is needed in summer. If you stop sunbathing and use SPF 50, treatment can continue in summer with diode laser in some areas; our specialist decides after a test shot.

Laser, permanent makeup, chemical peels, body contouring and some skincare products are not applied during pregnancy. Manicure-pedicure and light moisturising facials may be done with your doctor's approval.

Brows last 12-30 months, eyeliner 2-3 years and lips 1-2 years. Skin type, sun exposure and care affect duration; the touch-up session is included in the price.

Unused sessions are refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if no session was used. After that, used sessions are deducted at list price and the remainder refunded.

You can cancel or change free of charge until 12 hours before the appointment. For later cancellations, one session is deducted if you use a package.

Single-use tips and materials, autoclave sterilisation and room disinfection after every session are applied. Details are on our Hygiene and Safety page.

Our centre mainly serves women; for men, laser, skin care and brow shaping appointments are given at set hours. Treatments for under-18s require legal guardian approval.
