In beauty treatments, hygiene and safety are as important as the quality of the result. We openly share the standards we apply at Perine below; you can also see them with your own eyes when you visit.
Sterilisation and single-use materials
- Permanent makeup needles and pigment cups are new and single-use for every guest; you see the package opened.
- Manicure-pedicure instruments are autoclave-sterilised and handed over in sealed pouches.
- Laser head tips are disinfected after every guest; gel and spatulas are single-use.
- Towels, caps and sheets are single-use or washed at 90 °C.
Device safety
Our laser devices are supplied by authorised companies, comply with the relevant product safety regulations and have annual maintenance-calibration certificates. The device type and wavelength (alexandrite, diode) are chosen for your skin. Protective goggles are used for every guest.
Health declaration and suitability
Situations such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, skin disease, medication that causes photosensitivity and recent sun exposure may be restrictions for laser and some treatments. The health form completed in the first consultation is assessed by our physician consultant; a dermatologist's opinion is requested where needed. This information is protected as special category data under the KVKK.
Physician consultancy
For laser, skin renewal and risky skin findings our consultant dermatologist sets the protocols. When medical doubt arises, no treatment is performed and the guest is referred to a physician.
Emergencies and complaints
If you see unexpected redness, burns or signs of infection after a treatment, reach us on our WhatsApp line; a physician referral is made if needed. For dissatisfaction, our centre manager replies within 48 hours.
